The Hale Room

The Hale Room features two comfortable queen size beds, a work desk and a comfortable sitting chair. The room was named after H. Patterson Hale, a former 50-year occupant of the house, and ancestor of Nathan Hale, the American patriot.  Mr. H. Hale’s uncle, The Reverand Hale of Boston, was the author of the fictional tale of Philip Nolan, The Man Without a Country.
